Situated on the hill at the border between Umbria and Tuscany, 10 Km from Trasimeno lake," LA CASINA BASSA " is an old farm-house, surrounded by centuries old trees, which has been completely re-decorated fully respecting its original structure, on 6 hectares of land being cultivated with biological methods.

The landscape overlooks the Trasimeno Lake hills, on the east side, as far as Amiata Mountain, on the west side. Surrounded by olive trees, vine yards, wheat fields, sunflowers and maize which together create a colorfull view with the changing of the seasons.
